Chronicle XIII - 1 Year Anniversary With Injuries

On the 18th of July, C, F & Me went to Kallang Leisure Park intending to catch the new Harry Potter movie . As the earliest show with decent tickets was still far off from our arrival time, we decided to try our hand (or leg) at the ice-skating rink. All 3 of us don't seem to have any talent and have to concentrate our hardest just to stay on balance and as expected, injuries found their way to us very soon. The 1st victim was me and the accomplice of my injury was F. As he was falling, he grabbed my shoulder to break his fall. I fell instead and while that Joel was adjusting his feet, his skates slashed my finger, leaving a rather deep cut. Following up was C when he tried to break his fall only to end up twisting his ankle so bad, he could hardly walk. That Joel only escaped with some sore palms. What a guy!

Furthermore, this very day 28th July marks my 1 year anniversary at Maybank. How time flies, I still remember the 1st day of work. It is also a reminder as to how "efficient" MINDEF is. When the heck is my enlistment coming?
