Chronicle XIV - Enlistment Delayed AGAIN

And now, reporting the update for August. Oh yes, if it's August it's time to celebrate our beautiful island's birthday. Trying to sound enthusiastic about an event which I honestly don't care much about sure is hard. So much for being patriotic.

Anyway on the 10th of August, C, F & me went to catch the movie [Up]. Can't say much about the movie though; it was bearable albeit draggy and boring towards the end. After the movie though, we 3 were hooked on a arcade console or rather hooked on trying to break a high score. The game - Y2k Photo Hunt 2006. We didn't manage it though. We even tried our hand at the bowling alley. The "Gutter" describes the result best.

And I just received my enlistment notice - 19th September. Let's celebrate...Not! Turns out me passing my NAPFA is gonna delay the enlistment further, and it's back to waiting again. Don't feel like complaining about that anymore since it seems to only get worse. I'll complain about something else - My NAPFA Test. The NAPFA Test in general was hard work. I never had to work that hard before. In the years before I entered Maybank, getting a gold standard was a breeze. I can't believe I was gasping for air during the run. Oh how the mighty have fallen!

Anyway I'm at a crossroad again regarding my job at Maybank. "To leave or not to leave, that is the question."
